Yes. At select times, Team TMT offers limited trial access so prospective clients can experience the coaching process before committing long-term. Availability is limited to maintain coaching quality.

We utilize the Trainerize App to enhance our coaching services. This app allows clients to access their exercise programming, meal plans, track progress, and communicate directly with their coach.
Our coach, Tristen Martinez, holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). He is also pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with an emphasis on Sports Medicine.
We actively involve athletes, parents, and coaches in the training process to ensure clarity and understanding of the commitment needed for successful outcomes. Collaboration is key to our approach.
