What is performance training with Team TMT?

Do you coach youth and high school athletes?

Yes. Youth, high school, and collegiate athletes are the core of the roster, with programming built for their sport, position, and training age.

Can I train with you if I am not local?

Yes. Coaching runs through the app, so athletes anywhere get the programming, video feedback, objective testing, and direct coach access.

How is this different from a training gym or a team strength program?

A gym sells access to a room and group programming. Team TMT is a plan written for one athlete by a doctorate-level coach, measured against your own testing data and adjusted every week.

How do I start?

Apply. It is a two-minute intake with no payment, then a strategy call to decide together if you belong on the roster.
